  • 2 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  1. In a medium size bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a large saucepan melt butter and add brown sugar.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. One at a time beat eggs into the butter mixture.
  5. Stir in flour mixture.
  6. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Put mixture into a greased 10x13 baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Allow brownies to cool before cutting them.

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Stir cocoa into melted butter.
  2. Mix in the sugar, eggs and water.
  3. Add the flour and salt and beat well.
  4. Add brownie batter to pre-heated and greased waffle maker.
  5. Follow waffle maker directions for waffles.

Cake:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup milk

Filling:

  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 heaping Tbsp marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients.
  3. Add egg, oil, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Drop by the tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet allowing room for spreading.
  6. Bake for 10- 12 minutes.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl.
  9. Spread filling onto flat side of one cake and top with another cake creating a sandwich.

  • 1 pkg. JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 8 oz. tub COOL WHIP, thawed
  • 15 OREO cookies, finely crushed, divided
  • 10 gummy worms
  1. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.
  2. Stir in COOL WHIP and 1/2 cup cookie crumbs.
  3. Spoon into 10 6oz. paper or plastic cups; top with remaining cookie crumbs.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with gummy worms just before serving.
