  • 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 16 oz can peach slices, drained and diced
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin orange slices, drained
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 3 bananas, diced
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
  1. Prepare instant pudding according to the package directions.
  2. Stir in sour cream and orange juice concentrate.
  3. Fold in fruit.
  4. Chill.

    Brownie

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

    Brownie Topping

  • 1/2 batch peanut butter frosting
  • 1 1/2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together ingredients for brownie batter (butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt).
  3. Place brownie mix in a greased 9 inch pie pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes and let cool completely.
  5. Frost brownie with peanut butter frosting.
  6. Toss bananas in orange juice so they do not brown.
  7. Top frosting with banana slices.
  8. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  9. Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together. Drizzle on top of bananas.

Generously frosts about a dozen cupcakes.

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  1. In medium bowl beat together butter and peanut butter until fluffy.
  2. Slowly mix in half the sugar and 1 Tbsp milk.
  3. Beat in the remaining sugar and milk until frosting consistency.

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 9 cups Crispix cereal
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  1. Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for one minute then stir to blend all ingredients thoroughly. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Place Crispix in a very large bowl.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal and toss evenly, making sure all the cereal gets a good coating.
  6. Place the powdered sugar in a large zip-lock type plastic bag.
  7. Add the coated cereal mixture to the bag in small batches.(Leave enough room to shale the cereal.
  8. Shake the bag vigorously to evenly coat each piece of the puppy chow with powdered sugar.
  9. Once the mixture is fully coated, place in a large serving bowl.
  10. Coat any additional pieces by shaking the mixture in the powdered sugar filled bag. Add powdered sugar to the bag as needed until all the mixture is coated.
