  • 1 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container.
  2. To prepare dressing, whisk together 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup oil, 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix.

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp milled flax seed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Coat mini muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with a fork until even crumbs form.
  4. Add flax seed, baking powder and salt to flour mixture.
  5. Stir in milk, bananas and egg until evenly moistened.
  6. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Fill mini muffin cups about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool a few minutes before removing from pan and finish cooling on a wire rack.
  10. *Makes 36 mini muffins

  • Pasta of your choice (ravioli, egg noodles, etc)
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup toasted, chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a medium saucepan cook butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. When butter turns golden brown, turn off heat and let cool 1 minute.
  4. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. Toss with pasta and garnish with walnuts and cheese.

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 1/2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Cooked chicken (grilled chicken breasts, shredded rotisserie chicken, or chicken meatballs)
  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. In a large skillet, saute onions and celery.
  3. Add spices and stir.
  4. In a medium bowl combine hot sauce, mayo, dressing, and milk.
  5. Add hot sauce mixture to skillet and heat through.
  6. Toss with pasta.
  7. Add cooked chicken of your choice.
