  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  1. Prepare brownies according to directions on package.
  2. Mix together topping ingredients. (It is easiest to spread on the brownies at room temperature.)
  3. Spread topping on cooled brownies.

  • 2 Tbsp goji berries
  • 3 Tbsp rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 piece fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb asparagus in 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  1. Cover goji berries with rice wine for 30 minutes or longer.
  2. In skillet, sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes, place shrimp in bowl.
  5. Add sesame oil to empty pan, add asparagus stalks for one minute.
  6. Add tips and cook 3 more minutes.
  7. Add shrimp, goji berries, and wine.
  8. Mix corn starch and a little cold water in a bowl, avoid clumping.
  9. Add mixture to pan, add soy sauce.

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 lb dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted skinned whole hazelnuts
  1. Place apricots between paper towels and press to remove moisture.
  2. Line rimmed baking sheet with wax paper.
  3. Heat 2/3 lb chocolate into a boiler at no warmer than 105 - 110 degrees.
  4. Remove chocolate double boiler from heat.
  5. Stir remaining 1/3 chocolate into melted chocolate.
  6. Stir until chocolate cools to 88 -90 degrees F.
  7. Spread melted chocolate in 1/4 inch layer on a baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and apricots.
  9. Cool until firm and shiny. Break into pieces.

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp dill
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  1. Roll crescent out on cookie sheet.  Spread until smooth with no lines.  Follow baking directions on package.
  2. Let cool 20 min.
  3. Spread cream cheese on top of pastry.
  4. Sprinkle dill over cream cheese.
  5. Top pizza with mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and onion.
  6. Cut and serve.
