  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 bag Kraft caramels
  • 1 16 oz. bag of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cups English walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix cake mix as it says on the box
  3. Place 1/2 of the cake batter in bottom of 9x13 in. cake pan
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. In small sauce pan melt  butter, cream and caramels.
  6. Pour the mixture over cooked cake while hot.
  7. Top with chocolate and walnuts.
  8. Pour the rest of the cake batter over the top of mixture.
  9. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until sides of cake pull way from the pan.

  • 1 lb. bag of hash browns
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cornflakes (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine hash browns, 1/2 cup butter, sour cream, chicken soup and cheese.
  3. Spread mixture into 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Combine cornflakes and 1/2 cup butter and spread over hash browns.
  5. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.

  • 1 small to medium sized onion, diced
  • 1 stalk of celery, diced
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups Minute rice
  • 2 chicken bullion cubes
  • 2 beef bullion cubes
  • 8 oz. Cheese Whiz
  • 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
     
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook celery & onion in 1/4 stick butter add celery salt
  3. Cook rice according to package directions with remaining butter & bullion cubes
  4. Melt Cheeze Whiz in rice
  5. Microwave broccoli until tender
  6. Combine all ingredients
  7. Add mushroom soup
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 3 Tbsp green onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except almonds)
  2. Sprinkle almonds on top.
  3. Refrigerate and serve.
