Recipe is for sauce. It tastes great on breaded chicken chunks. Cook chicken according to package directions. Toss with sauce when done baking.

  • 1/2 cup dark Rum
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1-3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1-3 Tbsp ground chipotle chile pepper (subtitute 1 canned chipotle per Tbsp)
  1. In small saucepan mix together rum, soy sauce, wine, sugar, ginger and garlic together and bring to a boil.
  2. Combine cornstarch and lime juice and add to the sauce pan. Amount to use varies depending on preferred thickness. Add honey and 1 chipotle chile pepper. If desired, continue to add peppers until desired temperature.

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve chilled.

Great served with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  1. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in salad dressing, Frank's REDHOT Sauce and cheese.
  3. Stir in chicken.
  4. Microwave for 5 minutes on high OR bake 20 min. at 350 until mixture is heated through; stir.

  • 8 red potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 oz. powdered ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick slices
  3. Toss potato slices in oil and place in baking dish. Cover with ton foil and bake on high for 40 to 60 minutes.
  4. When potatoes are tender, remove from over and let cool for 10 minutes. Change oven temperature to 350.
  5. Line potatoes on a greased cookie sheet and top with ranch, garlic and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with sour cream and green onions.
