  • 2 16 oz. pkg regular flavor pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Stir cocoa into melted butter.
  2. Mix in the sugar, eggs and water.
  3. Add the flour and salt and beat well.
  4. Add brownie batter to pre-heated and greased waffle maker.
  5. Follow waffle maker directions for waffles.

Cake:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup milk

Filling:

  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 heaping Tbsp marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients.
  3. Add egg, oil, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Drop by the tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet allowing room for spreading.
  6. Bake for 10- 12 minutes.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl.
  9. Spread filling onto flat side of one cake and top with another cake creating a sandwich.

Can be made ahead of time and put in refrigerator. Make sure bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese are added right before baking so they do not get soggy.

  • 4 Cooked boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch broccoli spears, cooked & drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice & curry powder.
  3. In greased casserole, layer chicken, broccoli & sauce mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake 30-40 minutes.
