These sand cups are prefect for a summer party. Top with decorations to give the look of a beach. Some suggestions include paper umbrellas, gummy fish, gummy sharks, and gum balls. Get creative!

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pkg. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 8-10 clear 7oz. cups
  • Decorations
  1. Pour milk into a bowl and add pudding mix.
  2. Beat with whisk until well blended, about 2 minutes.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in whipped topping and half of the crushed cookies.
  5. Place 1 tablespoon crushed cookies into the bottom of each cup.
  6. Fill cups 3/4 full with pudding mixture.
  7. Top with remaining crushed cookie.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Decorate.

  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp bacon bits
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped basil (or 1 tsp ground basil)
  • 1 tsp ground marjoram
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 2 Tbsp finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut a 1/4 inch slice from the stem end of each tomato.
  3. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each tomato so it stands upright.
  4. Using a spoon carefully scoop out the core seeds and pulp of each tomato, and discard. Leave up to a 1/2 inch shell.
  5. Set tomatoes upside down on a paper towel and allow them to drain.
  6. In a medium bowl mix together the bacon bits, onions, spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic and spices.
  7. Spoon the spinach mixture into the tomato shells.
  8. Place the tomatoes in a shallow baking dish, cover, and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Uncover and top with shredded Parmesan cheese, bake 10 additional minutes or until tomatoes are heated through

  • 2 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  1. In a medium size bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a large saucepan melt butter and add brown sugar.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. One at a time beat eggs into the butter mixture.
  5. Stir in flour mixture.
  6. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Put mixture into a greased 10x13 baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Allow brownies to cool before cutting them.

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Heat 1/4 cup butter.
  2. Add chicken and garlic powder, saute chicken until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in remaining butter and mushrooms.
  4. Stir in noodles and cheese, cook over low heat until it is heated through and cheese is melted.
