Sausage Cheese Balls

- 2 16 oz. pkg regular flavor pork sausage
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Form 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
