Falafel
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mash garbanzo beans in large bowl
- Stir in all other ingredients.
- Knead mixture until well blended.
- Shape into 1 inch balls (If needed add a little bit of water)
- Bake at 375 about 20 minutes (until firm)
