Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup espresso or very strong coffee
- Combine milk, pumpkin and sugar in a small saucepan.
- Heat until very hot (do not boil).
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
- Blend or whisk until frothy.
- Combine milk mixture with hot espresso.
**Makes two servings**
