Peanut Butter Frosting
Generously frosts about a dozen cupcakes.
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- In medium bowl beat together butter and peanut butter until fluffy.
- Slowly mix in half the sugar and 1 Tbsp milk.
- Beat in the remaining sugar and milk until frosting consistency.
