Stuffed Mexican Baked Sweet Potatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cut a few small slits in the top of the sweet potato
  3. Bake at 400 for about an hour or until potato is soft.
  4. Slice open and top with your favorite goodies.
