Slow Cooker Teriyaki Steak
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place meat in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over top.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Serve with rice.
