Ham and Cheeseball

- 2 cups ham, thinly chopped
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/4 Tbsp finely grated onion
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- In a medium sized bowl mix together cheese and mayo.
- Add in all other ingredients and place in refrigerator.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into a ball.
- If desired, roll in chopped pecans.
- Serve.
