Crabmeat Cucumbers

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 4 oz. can crab meat, drained
  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 green olives, sliced
  1. Set sliced cucumbers and olives aside.
  2. Mix together all other ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate mixture until ready to serve.
  4. When ready, lay cucumbers out on platter. Top with spoonful of crab mixture and garnish with olive. repeat until ingredients are gone.
