Broccoli Rice with Cheese

- 1 small to medium sized onion, diced
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups Minute rice
- 2 chicken bullion cubes
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- 8 oz. Cheese Whiz
- 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook celery & onion in 1/4 stick butter add celery salt
- Cook rice according to package directions with remaining butter & bullion cubes
- Melt Cheeze Whiz in rice
- Microwave broccoli until tender
- Combine all ingredients
- Add mushroom soup
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
