Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
To make this dressing to your specific taste, add more or less mustard and oil. You can change up the taste a bit you can also try it with a white wine vinegar or a red wine vinegar. This usually lasts in the fridge for about a week.
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
- Gradually whisk in in olive oil.
