Open Face Shrimp Sandwich
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 piece flat bread
- 1 piece romaine lettuce
- 3 oz. peeled shrimp
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/4 lemon
- Mix together mayo, dill, and garlic powder
- Spread mixture on flat bread.
- Top with lettuce, egg and shrimp.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top.
For garnish: Use small lemon slices or dill.
