Did you know that in 2007, meatloaf was rated the seventh-favorite family dish? Did you know that it has origins all over Europe and originated as far back as the fifth century? Well if you've made it here, I can tell you're ready to make some tasty meatloaf for your family! Have a look below to get started with Nana's great recipe. Makes 6 servings

  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  1. Combine 1st seven ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Form into a loaf in an 8x4 baking dish.
  3. Bake 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Cover top of meat loaf with the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup.
  5. Bake 15 minutes longer.
  6. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.

  • 2 Tbsp goji berries
  • 3 Tbsp rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 piece fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb asparagus in 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  1. Cover goji berries with rice wine for 30 minutes or longer.
  2. In skillet, sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes, place shrimp in bowl.
  5. Add sesame oil to empty pan, add asparagus stalks for one minute.
  6. Add tips and cook 3 more minutes.
  7. Add shrimp, goji berries, and wine.
  8. Mix corn starch and a little cold water in a bowl, avoid clumping.
  9. Add mixture to pan, add soy sauce.

Makes 4 tacos

  • 3 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • shredded cabbage
  • mango salsa
  • tartar sauce
  • 4 flour tortillas
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Tilapia fillets with taco seasoning. Place Tilapia on a pan and bake fillets for about 20 minutes or until easily flakes with fork.
  2. Heat the flour tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds. In each tortilla place a small amount of Tilapia, cabbage, salsa, tartar sauce to your liking.
