Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
- 1 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8 oz. pasta
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, saute the shrimp and garlic in butter for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Add the lemon juice and heat through.
- Pour mixture over cooked pasta.
