Cucumbers and Onions

  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Combine all ingredients in glass bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
