- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 4 oz. can crab meat, drained
- 1 cucumber
- 8 green olives, sliced
- Set sliced cucumbers and olives aside.
- Mix together all other ingredients.
- Refrigerate mixture until ready to serve.
- When ready, lay cucumbers out on platter. Top with spoonful of crab mixture and garnish with olive. repeat until ingredients are gone.
