  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 5 tortillas
  • taco sauce or salsa
  1. Mix together all ingredients except tortillas and taco sauce or salsa.
  2. Spread mixture onto tortillas.
  3. Roll tortillas and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Serve with taco sauce or salsa for dipping.

Also known as date with a pig.

  • 1 lb raw bacon
  • 8 oz pitted dates
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut bacon in half.
  3. Wrap each date in one-half slice of bacon.
  4. Secure each bacon wrapped date with a toothpick.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning until all sides are brown.
  7. Remove toothpicks before serving.

  • 2 16 oz. pkg regular flavor pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve chilled.
